This Shipping Policy explains how products purchased from Laluxbag (laluxbag.store), operated by LALUXBAG LLC, are delivered.

1. 100% Digital Products – No Physical Shipping

All products sold on Laluxbag are digital products (downloadable travel guide eBooks). No physical items are produced, packaged, or shipped. As a result:

  • There are no shipping fees.
  • There are no customs duties, import taxes, or delivery delays.
  • No shipping address is required to complete your order.

2. Delivery Method

Your guide is delivered electronically in two ways:

  1. Order confirmation page: Immediately after successful payment, a download button appears on your order confirmation (thank-you) page.
  2. Email: A download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is normally instant, within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, orders may be held for a brief security or fraud review, which can delay delivery by up to 24 hours. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

4. Worldwide Availability

Because our products are digital, they are available to customers worldwide, subject to applicable laws and the payment methods supported in your country.

5. File Format & Requirements

Guides are delivered as PDF files. To access them you need a device capable of opening PDF files (smartphone, tablet, e-reader, or computer) and an internet connection for the initial download. Once downloaded, the guide can be used offline.

6. Download Links

For security, download links may be limited in the number of downloads or may expire after a set period. Please download and save your file promptly after purchase. If your link has expired or you have reached the download limit, contact us and we will provide a new link free of charge.

7. Didn’t Receive Your Guide?

Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first and confirm the email address on your order is correct. If you still have not received your download within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us at support@laluxbag.store with your order number. We will resend your files promptly.

Laluxbag is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer, but we will gladly resend the files to the correct address once ownership of the order is verified.
