This website, laluxbag.store (the “Site”), is operated by LALUXBAG LLC, a company registered in the State of California, United States (“Laluxbag,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site or purchasing any product from us, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents in your care to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase.

2. Digital Products

All products offered on the Site are digital products (downloadable travel guides). No physical goods are shipped. Products are delivered electronically as described in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for having a compatible device and software to access the files.

3. License to Use

Upon full payment, Laluxbag grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, view, and print the purchased guide for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share, or distribute the files, in whole or in part;
  • Upload the files to any public or shared website, file-sharing service, or social media platform;
  • Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works for commercial purposes;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, author, or trademark notices.

All content remains the intellectual property of its respective author(s) and rights holders. Any breach of this license automatically terminates it and may result in legal action.

4. Accuracy of Information

Our guides are prepared with care and reflect information believed to be accurate at the time of publication. However, travel information (including prices, schedules, opening hours, safety conditions, visa and entry requirements, and local regulations) changes frequently. Our guides are provided for general informational and planning purposes only and are not professional, legal, medical, or immigration advice. You are responsible for verifying critical information with official sources before and during travel.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; by submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

6. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in violation of these Terms, or contain inaccurate information. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our 14-Day Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, design, and the “Laluxbag” name and brand, is owned by or licensed to LALUXBAG LLC and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content or branding without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; to transmit viruses or malicious code; to interfere with the security or operation of the Site; or to harass, abuse, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing, or practices. Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
